1. Bidder Registration: Although
there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers MUST register
in order to bid at the auction.
2. Removal of Inventory:
Merchandise/equipment shall not be removed from the premises, until
payment has been made in full. All items must be removed within 48
hours of the auction or by other arrangements.
3. Personal Property Inspection:
Previewing of all merchandise is
essential. All Items are being sold “AS-IS & WHERE-IS. All
restaurant equipment will be sold from the first disconnect.
4. Payment: Will be cash,
personal or company check with bank guarantee card for the amount of
purchase only.
5. A 10% Auction
Premium:
A 10% Auction (Buyer’s) Premium will be added to the successful high
bid and included in the total purchase price, plus Mississippi sales
tax. Copy of vendor’s license must be presented to auctioneer for
sales tax exceptions.
6. Announcements:
Announcements made by the auctioneers shall take precedence over any
previously written, advertised or oral statements made. Conduct of
the auction, increments of the bidding and decisions as to the high
bidder will be made at the direction and sole discretion of the
auctioneer.
