1. Bidder Registration: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers MUST register in order to bid at the auction.
2. Removal of Inventory: Merchandise/equipment shall not be removed from the premises, until payment has been made in full. All items must be removed within 48 hours of the auction or by other arrangements.
3. Personal Property Inspection: Previewing of all merchandise is essential. All Items are being sold “AS-IS & WHERE-IS. All restaurant equipment will be sold from the first disconnect.
4. Payment: Will be cash, personal, company check, master or visa card for the amount of purchase only.
5. A 10% Auction Premium: A 10% Auction (Buyer’s) Premium will be added To the successful high bid and included in the total purchase price, plus Alabama sales tax. Copy of vendor’s license must be presented to auctioneer for sales tax exceptions.
